I’m thrilled to be a part of your yoga adventure. As a seasoned yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience, and I’m here to guide you on a personalised yoga journey crafted just for you. Classes are offered in the comfort of your own home (Byron Shire) or online.

What You Can Expect:

  • Tailored to You: Your sessions are entirely personalised. Your first session will be a consultation, with lots of talking and exploration to see what works for you. We will work together to create a practice that aligns with your goals and suits your unique body and lifestyle.
  • Ongoing Practice: Hopefully you’ll see some benefit quickly, but the real magic of yoga happens with time and committed practice. That’s why we always start with a minimum of three sessions. You will benefit most from attending one or two sessions with me per week, and you’ll be given (short and sweet) homework practices to ensure you get the most out of our time together.
  • Your Comfort & Safety Matters: If you’re recovering from an injury or managing a specific health condition, rest assured that your practice will be adapted to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • A Holistic Approach: Beyond physical postures, we’ll explore breath, mindfulness and meditation practices, providing you with tools to enhance your overall wellbeing.

Face to Face at Your Home

Initial 3 x 60 minutes sessions: $290 (use within 30 days of purchase)

Ongoing sessions: $120 per session or $950 for 10 sessions (use within four months of purchase).

Online

Initial 3 x 60 minutes sessions: $240 (use within 30 days of purchase)

Ongoing sessions: $100 per session or $800 for 10 sessions (use within four months of purchase).
